DIY Elephant Ring Holder

1

I find myself collecting quirky jewelry trays and holders. I have a lot of jewelry that needs to be held! These animal ring holders are becoming quite popular, so I found a way to make my own. Here are the details.

Materials
Clay tray
Mini animal toy of your choice (I chose this cute baby elephant!)
Paint

Equipment
Paintbrush
Hot glue gun & glue sticks

Instructions

1. I painted my clay tray and baby elephant in two coats of white paint and one coat of matte sealant. I allowed the paint to dry in between layers.

2. I then hot glued my baby elephant onto the center of the clay tray.

3. With this last step, my ring holder was complete! I use it to hold rings (of course) as well as bracelets and earrings.
