A Box of Chocolates

H

Have you ever received a box of chocolates as a Valentine’s Day gift and automatically cringed? I know I have. I’m never sure if it will taste like actual chocolate or cardboard. People give what they are able to afford, so I’m not here to judge. However, if you want to give your loved one a box of chocolates without being too cheap or spending huge bucks, then do-it-yourself. Create a heart shaped box of chocolate with treats that they’ll love!

How To Make A Box of Chocolates

M

Supplies

  • Heart shaped paper mache box*
  • Craft paint
  • Scrapbook paper
  • Tissue paper
  • Paintbrush
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Chocolate 🤤

* Note: I used a box from a previous project. That’s why it is already painted. Paper mache boxes are usually brown.

Instructions

Step One: Trace and cut

Use the heart box to trace a heart onto your scrapbook paper. Cut the heart from the paper and move it to the side.
