Graduation season is in full effect! Students are earning everything from kindergarten and high school diplomas to bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Obtaining a degree is no easy feat, so congratulations to those moving on up!
A graduation is a cause for celebration, right? And, a celebration is not complete without bomb party décor. Here are some graduation party décor ideas to celebrate the grad in your life!
DIY Paper Tassels
If you’ve been following my blog for a while, you know that paper tassels are my go-to décor item. It’s not hard to see why. They are easy to make and customizable. For this occasion, make them in the graduate’s school colors and hang them around the party venue.
DIY Congrats Banner
With some glitter paper and little bit of cutting, you can have a letter banner to honor your grad. Create any heart felt message using this DIY tutorial!
DIY Photo Clip String
Make a photo string set using pictures of the graduate over the years. This will be sure to bring back memories! Another idea is to include an instant photo booth at the party. Have guests take pictures through the night (or day) and let them clip them to the photo string. This way more memories are created during the graduation party.
DIY Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Grad Caps
I made these for a graduation dinner party and my guests absolutely loved them. Who would think that Reese’s could have such an adorable use? Cut a two inch square of card stock or glitter paper and attach it to the top of the candy with tape. You can also take a small piece of ribbon and glue it to the square to create a tassel.

Take 15 minutes today to read, write down, and meditate on this scripture: “If you don’t speak up now, we will somehow get help, but you and your family will be killed. It could be that you were made queen for a time like this!”- Esther 4:14
Love this! I definitely needed it with my little brother’s grad party coming up in a few weeks- thank you!
