Who says Christmas décor has to be some combination of red, green, and white? It’s okay to play around with an unconventional holiday color palette. In my opinion, any color is great for Christmas as long as it is matched with a little bit of glitter and gold. If you don’t believe me, try out this simple DIY tree garland project to find out for yourself.
For this project you will need glitter and gold paper, a tree stencil, and twine. A pencil, pair of scissors, and a hole punch will also come in handy.
Step One: Trace several trees onto the glitter and gold paper.
Step Two: Cut the trees from the paper.
Step Three: Punch holes in the top portion of the trees.
Step Four: String trees onto the twine.
Step Five: Decorate!
Isn’t your garland beautiful? Oh the wonders that glitter and gold work! Be sure to check back on Friday for Day 6 of Craftsmas.
