I love collecting quirky jewelry trays and holders. Animal ring holders have become quite popular, so I found a way to make my own… with a baby elephant! Keep reading for the tutorial.
How To Make An Elephant Ring Holder
Supplies
- Clay tray
- Miniature toy animal
- Paint and paintbrush
- Matte Mod Podge
- Hot glue gun and sticks
Instructions
Step One: Paint
I painted my clay tray and baby elephant in two coats of white paint and one coat of Mod Podge. I allowed the paint to dry in between layers.
Step Two: Glue
I then hot glued my baby elephant onto the center of the clay tray.
With the previous step, my ring holder was complete! I use it to hold rings (of course) as well as bracelets and earrings.

Take 15 minutes today to read, write down, and meditate on this scripture: "Jesus answered, 'Everyone who drinks this water will be thirsty again, but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life.'" John 4:13-14 (NIV)

Organizing Jewelry | SHARIFA CREATES
August 27, 2015 at 6:50 pm[…] I have A LOT of jewelry, especially earrings. The problem with having so much jewelry is that I don’t get a chance to wear much of it. Why? It’s unorganized, or it was until recently. I kept the majority tucked away in a jewelry pouch. The necklaces and earrings that I actually wore sat in my Elephant Ring Holder. […]
